What is "Team Munky" you ask? Team Munky started out as a way to run under in races that perhaps aren't fundraising races. Starting in early 2013 I began running as a way to raise money for cancer research after learning that a friend had been diagnosed with thyroid cancer. From time to time I will choose an organization to raise money for. This may be over several months, not just for one race. Sure, I may run races for worthy causes during my fundraising, but the choice is ultimately up to my readers of which they would like to help out.
Currently I have teamed up with StandUp2Cancer. My goal, is to raise $1000 to benefit their research efforts. If you would like to help contribute, please visit my
